Locksmith Marketing provides digital marketing services to locksmith businesses. The scope, price and deliverables of each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance and run on a rolling monthly basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Results
Search engines and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or call volumes, but we commit to carrying out the agreed work professionally and transparently.
Advertising spend
Third-party advertising spend (for example Google Ads) is paid by the client directly to the platform unless agreed otherwise.
Ownership
Once paid for, websites, content and designs created for you belong to you. You retain ownership of your domain, Google Business Profile and advertising accounts.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before any claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
